  • Dry butterfly pea flowers 

  • Sugar 

  • Hot water 

  • Non-alcoholic spirit 

  • Passion fruit 

  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. Soak the dry butterfly pea flowers in hot water. Add sugar and leave for 15-25 min.

  2. Add passionfruit and lemon juice to the bottom of the glass. 

  3. Next, add crushed ice and the non-alcoholic spirit.

  4. Add the magic butterfly pea flower syrup drink to top up the glass.
